Entrepreneurship programmes for universities
ICLI works alongside enterprise, careers, academic and student-success teams to design a joined pathway from self-leadership to collaborative innovation and credible next steps.
The institutional need
Connect provision without duplicating it.
A useful external programme must fit the institution around it. ICLI begins by mapping existing careers, enterprise, academic, alumni and employer-engagement provision, then agrees where a focused student entrepreneurship pathway can add value.
Clear cohort
Agree who the programme is for, how participants are reached and what access support is needed.
Joined delivery
Connect self-leadership, challenge-based innovation, visible outputs and progression planning.
Defined ownership
Set responsibilities for facilitation, safeguarding, data, referrals and internal coordination before delivery.
Programme formats
Configure the route around the institution.
The Student Entrepreneurial Programme may be shaped as an intensive sequence, modular delivery or a blended programme. Final scope depends on the cohort, timetable, approved delivery team and institutional governance.
Identify
Guided self-leadership, strengths, communication and direction.
Innovate
Collaborative problem framing, solution testing, prototyping and pitch practice.
Invest
Readiness, evidence and curated partner-enabled or referral pathways.
Governance and evidence
Agree what will be measured before delivery.
A programme brief should define intended outcomes, activities, participant outputs, feedback points and follow-up. ICLI separates delivery activity from verified progression and reports limitations alongside findings.
Procurement, accessibility, safeguarding, data responsibilities and partner roles are discussed during programme design. ICLI does not replace an institution’s existing services or guarantee employment, placements, apprenticeships or investment.
Enquiry process
From context to a useful scope.
Share the institutional context
Tell us about the audience, current provision, priorities, timing and decision process.
Map the programme
ICLI explores fit, responsibilities, delivery options and evidence requirements with the relevant teams.
Confirm before delivery
Scope, governance, resources, measures and next steps are agreed rather than assumed.
