The institution, cohort, desired outcomes and governance determine delivery—not an off-the-shelf timetable.

Hands record decisions on a structured planning document.
Illustrative programme configuration and access-planning scene
  1. 01 Possible formats

    Intensive, modular or blended

SEP can be scoped as an intensive, modular or blended journey; these are options, not advertised cohort dates.

  2. 02 Institutional integration

    One responsibility map

The institution and ICLI agree recruitment, access, safeguarding, data and partner responsibilities before delivery.

  3. 03 Participant support

    Barriers considered early

Access needs, inclusive materials, conduct and appropriate referral routes are considered during mobilisation.

  4. 04 Evaluation

    Measure what happened

Attendance, artefacts, feedback and follow-up are selected with the institution and reported in context.

  5. 05 Progression

    More than one destination

Work, enterprise, further study and appropriate partner-enabled routes may each be credible next steps.

  6. 06 What is not promised

    No guaranteed outcome

Participation does not guarantee jobs, placements, investment, accreditation, apprenticeship entry or third-party acceptance.
